Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what Neura Collective collects when you visit this site or sign up for our newsletter, how we use it, and the choices you have. Neura Collective is operated by Brandion LLC. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Brandion LLC.
What we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your first name and email address. We also record which of our sites you signed up on, and when you confirmed your subscription.
If you write to us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply.
Like most websites, our servers log basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Our web host and WordPress also set essential cookies that keep the site working. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your first name and email address to send you our newsletter: news about new books and resources, and updates from the sites in the Neura Collective family. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
One list across our sites
Neura Collective runs one shared newsletter. You can sign up on any of these sites, and your details go to the same list:
- Neura Collective (neuracollective.com)
- SI Database (sidatabase.com)
- Elements of Art & Design (elementsofartanddesign.com)
- Get Digital Products (getdigitalproducts.com)
- Super Gregory (supergregory.com)
We tag your record with the site you used so we can send you what you came for.
Confirming your subscription
We use double opt-in. After you sign up, we send an email with a confirmation link. You join the list only when you click it. If you never click, we do not email you the newsletter.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and we stop emailing you. You can also write to us at the address below and ask us to remove you.
Who handles your data
Your subscriber details are stored in FluentCRM on this website, which is hosted by Hostinger. Our emails are sent through our hosting provider’s mail service. These providers process data only to run our services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscriber details while you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it unless we have to keep it for legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Children
Our newsletter is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we will remove the record.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
